What is the delivery charge?
  • For order less than 100 AED, Delivery charge would be 15 AED.
  • For order more than 100 AED, Delivery charge would be free on all items.
  • We also as a promotion can see a free delivery on some makeup. this can be found on makeup page.
Where do you deliver?

We currently only delivery to all over UAE.

How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

We currently deliver all our makeup to our customer in maximum 48 hours.

How can I contact the driver of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the driver number, in case you need to reach him.

What to do if I receive my order damaged on delivery?

We care to delivery your order in the best status. However, in case your received damaged, you need to reach us by sending email to and provide your order ID.

Are all makeup original?

We only sell 100% original makeup and products.

Does 9makeup guarantee authenticity of the makeup?

We are 9makeup are getting all makeup from authorise brand reseller.

What do I do if I receive incomplete order?

You can send us email as soon as you identify there is a missing in your order.

How can a search for a specific products?

You can use our search tools by start typing the keywords. The tools will present all makeup product that matches your keywords.

Desktop View: at the top of the page next to the cart.

Mobile view: in the menu tab.

What to do if the makeup I want is out of stock?

We always try to keep stock of our makeup. However in case the makeup your are looking for is out of stock. Just send us email on and our sales team will update you whenever we have stock again 

How long can I keep my cosmetics after opening?

We suggest that you check the expiration date or Period after opening to refer the time a product remains usable after opening.

How do I know if I am allergic to a beauty product?

If you have a concern on whether a product is safe to use, we advise you to consult a medical professional on the ingredients listed on the product’s box/package

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery payments methods for all our makeup orders around UAE

Can I use my credit card to pay for my order?

Currently we only accept cash on delivery. However on 1/8/2018 will start paying with card service.

What is TAX (VAT)

is an indirect tax that is being introduced by the government. The VAT is applicable to both individuals and businesses.

Will VAT applicable for all makeup here?

VAT will apply to everything Product on 9makeup.

Is VAT including in 9makeup prices?

All 9makeup prices will include VAT

How VAT is calculated?

If you buy something for 100 AED. This price is already includes VAT. On your invoice you will see further breakdown which indicates the actual price of the order, 95 AED and VAT charged, 5 AED

Can I return my makeup after I receive it?

Unfortunately we have a strict no-return policy on all our beauty products. We advise you to read the product description or try the products before purchasing.

What to do to make sure not to return the order?

Read the discretion on the products and checkout the color.
